1 Introduction and General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the oklv platform and all services included within it. By accessing the oklv website or creating an account, you are deemed to have given your consent to these Terms. oklv reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.

Although these Terms may be interpreted in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will prevail in the event of any dispute. Before using oklv's services, you should read the Privacy Policy, as that document explains in detail how your personal information is collected and used.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account on oklv. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and any balance in the account will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may create only one oklv account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all of them may be suspended and any bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — such as name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be truthful and accurate. oklv may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the oklv support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposits

oklv currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no fixed upper limit on deposits, however oklv reserves the right to carry out additional verification for large transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered on the account.

3.3 Transaction Terms

All financial transactions on the oklv platform are conducted in Taka (৳). If you experience any issue with a deposit or withdrawal, contact the support team directly. oklv will not be held responsible for transaction delays caused by technical errors, but will make every effort to resolve them promptly.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit of a new oklv account, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed. The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. This means the bonus amount must be bet a total of 20 times before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. If any account fraud is detected during the wagering period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers apply only to individual oklv account holders.
• oklv reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is identified.
• oklv reserves the right to change bonus terms or end a promotion at any time.
• Each promotion may have its own validity period, which will be stated on the promotions page.

5 VIP Programme and Benefits

5.1 VIP Tiers

The oklv VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A member can gradually move up to a higher tier through regular play. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is given as a percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Cashback rates by tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

5.3 VIP Benefit Terms

• Cashback is credited directly to the account.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to the use of cashback.
• If any irregularity is found on an oklv account, VIP benefits may be suspended.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklv platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using fraud, bots, or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account under a third party's identity.

If such activities are identified, oklv may permanently close the account and forfeit all balances in it.

7 Responsible Gaming

oklv believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We care about the financial and mental wellbeing of our users.

oklv uses SSL encryption technology to keep all user data and financial transactions secure. User information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 oklv's Rights

oklv reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, with or without explanation. This action may be taken in particular in cases of breach of Terms, suspected fraud, or unauthorised activity.

9.2 User Rights

You may contact the oklv support team at any time to request closure of your account. You may withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, provided there are no outstanding conditions.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

oklv may mark an account as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. In this case, oklv will send the user a notice giving them the opportunity to decide what to do with the account.

10 Mobile App Terms of Use

The oklv Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. The same terms that apply to the website apply equally to use of the app. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through the app follow the same rules.

Downloading the oklv app from third-party sources is discouraged, as this may pose security risks. oklv will not be responsible for any unofficial or modified version of the app.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between oklv and a user, the support team will first attempt to resolve it. oklv provides support in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email.

If you have an objection regarding a transaction or game result, notify the oklv support team within 72 hours of the event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted. oklv's technical records will be treated as the final evidence in any dispute.

12 Limitation of Liability

oklv is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, or failure of third-party services. However, in such situations oklv will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and will consider providing appropriate compensation to affected users where necessary.

oklv will be fully exempt from liability if services are temporarily disrupted due to external causes such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.

13 Changes to Terms

oklv reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible for significant changes. Continued use of the site after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
